Terms of Service
As these are there for the sake of having them, and commissioners should be still guided first of all, by common sense, I advise You to read these.
(1) GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Credit me when possible when reposting or using (PFPs/banners) commissioned artwork!
1.2.1 I will send updates on the commission If requested – this generally means a WIP of the sketch, soft shading, then the fully rendered product (varies per commission type).
1.2.2 You are free to ask for updates any time during the process.
1.3 I do not accept commissions that have a short deadline for completion.
1.4 If I have drawn a design incorrectly and missed details that are clear to see on the reference sent, corrections will come free of charge.
1.5 I may use the commissioned work of your character in a non-profit way (such as in a portfolio).
As an artist I can:
1.6 Reject any commission order for any personal reason.
1.7 Blacklist you from future commission orders if you don’t follow my TOS.
1.8 Post finished commissioned pieces on my social media(s). I am going to provide proper credit to the owner of the OC upon posting.

(2) PAYMENT
2.1 Payment process
2.1.1 I am taking EUR through PayPal as payment.
Do not pay until I have accepted your commission!
You will not get your money back if commission is not accepted! I warned you!
2.1.2 You pay 100% (varies on total price) of total commission price after I start your commission and your approval of the sketch, after your approval of finished product I send you all desired files.
2.2 Commission cancellation
2.2.1 Commissions can be canceled before I finish.
2.2.2 I do not offer refunds if I have started the commission (further than sketch) prior to cancellation.
2.2.3 If the commission gets canceled, the artwork will be kept private.
(3) USE OF COMMISSIONED ART:
3.1 You’re allowed to:
3.1.1 Share finished commissioned artwork, on your own social media(s) or as a gift.
3.1.2 Print commissioned artwork and use it as profile pictures or banners.
3.2 You’re not allowed to:
3.2.1 Claim that you or someone else made my artwork, when sharing.
3.2.2 Use commissioned artwork for profit or commercial use.
3.2.3 Make my signature unrecognizable.
3.2.4 Adding light/color filters after the art is completed.
3.2.5 Share WIPs of the commission to people outside of our DMs without my permission.
